Refunds will be issued within 15 days of the donation date, subject to the following conditions

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to contact@chulbulimuskan.org within 15 days of the valued donation date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. It takes at least 10 working days for the refund to be processed
